How to clear your cookies and cache in Safari (Mac)

1. From the Safari Menu, click Empty Cache or click Opt.-Command (Apple) E. A warning appears asking if you want to empty your cache.
Click Empty.

2. To remove cookies, select Preferences from the Safari menu. Select the Security tab as shown below.



Click the Show Cookies button. A screen will pop up showing all of your cookies. Click Remove All.

5. Close and reopen your browser and log back into mySLU and then Blackboard. If the problem persists, let us know here.
