How to clear your cookies and cache in Internet Explorer 6

1. Click on the Tools menu at the top of the page.

2. Select Internet Options.

3. Click on each of the buttons circled. Delete all of your cookies and your files (the cache).



5. Close and reopen your browser and log back into mySLU and then Blackboard. If the problem persists, let us know here.
