1 Click on the Tools menu at the top of the page.
2. Select Clear Private Data from the list.
3. Select Cache and Cookies and then click the Clear Private Data now button.
4. Close and restart the browser.
5. Close and reopen your browser and log back into mySLU and then Blackboard. If the problem persists, let us know here.
