Blackboard CE (aka WebCT 8.02) is the supported learning
management system at Saint Louis University. Support is a joint effort between the Reinert Center for Teaching Excellence and Information Technology Services.
ITS provides behind-the-scenes technical support, and The Reinert CTE provides user support and training, distance education program planning, instructional design and pedagogical assistance.
